Absolutely buzzing with my clients results. He came into each session and gave 100% effort each time. His initial goal was to lose 10kg in 12 weeks but we surpassed that and hit 11.3kg!! This was including his trip back to Ireland for St Patrick's day, drink here and there, diet had a bit of a rocky start and he still smashed it. Little something for new people starting out at the gym that are cautious about the situation🏋🏻‍♂️

-Don't be afraid to actually come to the gym no1 is watching your every move.
- don't be afraid to ask someone how to do an exercise correctly.
- dont be afraid to actually do the exercise, everyone is concentrating on their own workouts.
- if your carrying a bit of weight and feel embarrassed about it, dont be, that's what your there for like most people are including myself, weight management.
Gyms are the most friendly places to be and everyone helps each other in there.
Moral of the story? Go in and concentrate on YOURSELF and dont worry about what other people are doing. You have to take yourself out of your comfort zone to thieve in life. Hope everyone is having a nice day😎instagram-

10 exercises- 45 on/15 seconds off. *NO EQUIPMENT NEEDED*

Exercises:
1.High knees

Struggling to lose weight?

Most of the time people wonder why their weight has come to a complete stop. This usually happens because they are not in a calorie deficit. Yes all week you have been dieting like a champ💪🏻 and have been in a calorie deficit but when the weekend comes these so called "cheat days" add up all your weekly deficit and chuck you into a surplus or certain medication can cause the weight to stop dropping, thyroid issues, menopause also can stop the process.

If you have been in a calorie deficit for a long period of time your body will plateau too, so best thing to do in that case is to start a "reverse diet" and shock your metabolism. You got to keep playing around with how many calories your on to keep the ball rolling. If anyone needs their calories and water intake calculated for free message me and I'll be happy to help and watch your weekends eating habits as this is where the danger of going into a surplus is because your weekday routine has stopped. Have a "cheat meal" not a "cheat day". Be strict with your weekend eating.
