✨NEW✨ Vinyasa Evolve course starts tomorrow, Monday 19th September 7.45-9pm.

This course is suitable for people who have practiced yoga before and have awareness of some of the foundational yoga postures.

I will introduce students to a range of postures, encourage safe alignment (that suits your body), break down transitions from one posture to another and guide you through breathing and relaxation methods.

Each practice will involve flowing sequences that gradually develop over the eight weeks. You will learn in a supportive environment at a comfortable pace, with options to challenge yourself further.

The course will allow you to advance your practice and help you move towards greater wellbeing.

Lovely classes tonight, great focus. We worked on equalising breath in the foundation class and ujjayi pranayama/victorious breath in the evolve class. In both classes we practised mula bandha/ root lock (drawing the navel in and up) in a variety of postures. If you practice with me on Monday evenings please remember there won’t be a class next week due to the bank holiday. Join me in person or online for these 8 week courses. I will introduce students to the basic postures, safe alignment, breathing practices, and relaxation techniques. Vinyasa Yoga for Beginners 6.15 - 7.15pm

These courses are suitable for beginners or for those who are coming back to a Yoga practice after a break.

Back to some favourite yoga poses tonight. It’s harder to move, not just because of my leg but also I feel like my muscles have weakened. It’s almost three months since my accident and although I’ve still got a long way to go I’m amazed at what I can already do!

Back to my day job this week 😅 getting about on one crutch but I definitely felt it! My leg has been more swollen and a bit sore. Felt great to be moving about more though. Definitely need to take the opportunity to elevate my leg. Hoping the swelling will reduce soon but for now it’s legs up the headboard 😂
