4th session of week done ✔️
It can be hard fitting 4 sessions in with working 5 days and different shifts all the time but I’m currently aiming for 3 as a minimum which is my 2 days off and one other day at some point during the week
I’m in the second week of my cycle so knew I could push hard this week and that I did!!
The 4th session today was just going through the motions as I do feel a bit tired from pushing so hard in the other 3 sessions and couldn’t do as much
But made it and did the session which is all that matters
Getting PB’s and pushing hard is what keeps me motivated to work hard in the gym which in return see’s results in the change in your physique and body fat
