Google Ads, Has anyone got real world experience with a Google Ads Specialist that aren't cowboys?

All I have found so far is companies looking for a monthly fee for sending as simple automated results list...

What I want is to pay someone to audit my existing adverts, make appropriate changes and then pay them if and when they are needed. Google ads seems to be the wild west of trades and so difficult for a lay-person to get to grips with.

Any help would be appreciated.

Diary UPDATE:

After 16 years 😱 of working every Saturday at the Wilmslow clinic I am stopping this clinic day. My last Saturday is the 2nd January 2021.

With our children now both at school our weekends have become valuable family time. This change allows for quality time and a balance to my life.

I am of course still at the clinic and have increased my hours on other days to accommodate my patients needs.

Can’t believe it’s been three YEARS since we moved to the new premises 😱😱

Cannot thank the team enough 👍🏻

Three years ago today we moved premises to St James house! We couldn’t be happier at this location and with our amazing team.
