Why is massage good for you?...

Whether you work hard, exercise lots or just have a stressful and tiring family life, treating yourself to regular massages can have many physical and mental health benefits.

💚 Swedish Massage is a gentle style that helps people relax, reset and de-stress and forget the real world for a moment.
💚 Deep Tissue massages tend to be a little more intense with the goal of flushing cellular waste from the muscles and connective tissues to help the body repair and recover from intense activity, tension sensations or any dysfunction in the muscles.
💚Sports massage can help warm up or cool down the body before or after activity, so the benefits of massage styles are wide ranging.

Here at Mountain Sports Therapy we offer massages in 30, 60 and 90 minute session lengths and tailor the treatment to your own personal needs on that day so you get the most out of the visit to set you up for the week ahead, feeling like your best self!
