We now have weekly Mat Pilates here at the clinic Sunday mornings with the amazing Hannah. We have 3 sessions to choose from (one is already fully booked) and each will last 45/50 minutes and be £10 a session. We’ve limited the places to 10 per sessions.

Like last year we’re going to be running our HEALTHY NEW ME exercise programme for those wanting to kick start their 2025 health and fitness goals.

We have made a few tweaks to the program this year to include being able to train with our Chiropractor Tom and Physiotherapist Antonio, which means some of you will be able to claim this on your health insurance cash plans.

This is perfect for those that have not trained in a while, have never trained at all or have lost their way with their current goals. We specialist in getting people back to a regular and healthy routine, especially those who are prone to injuries and niggles.

Last year 84% of the people who joined were continuing to exercise regularly 9 months later.

We have 3 options for how many Hour long Sessions you have per week:

1 SESSION PER WEEK FOR 8 WEEKS (8 Total sessions) = £320

2 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR 8 WEEKS (16 Total sessions) = £600

3 SESSIONS PER WEEK FOR 8 WEEKS (24 Total sessions) = £840

In addition to the 1-2-1 Sessions the Programme also includes:

+ Personal training programme for you to follow away from the clinic

+ Help with Diet Planning

+ Use of our custom training App

+ Access to our Community Support Group

+ Free Friday Evening 6-7pm Group Circuit Classes (normally £10 a session)

+ Workshops delivered by Tom and Mike.

The programme can be started ANYTIME in January but does run for 8 weeks consecutively.

🚨NEW CLASS🚨

STRETCH is our new area focused mobility exercise class where for the during of the session we’ll be focusing on flexibility and mobility of that specific area. This will allow those that really want to work on something specific to focus on that under guidance.

We also really want this to be open to all abilities. So if you really struggle with mobility then there will be easier exercises for you and if your mobility is better then more difficult exercises. Your ability level shouldn’t be a barrier to you enjoying and improving in a class.

Initially we are going to be running these in blocks of 4 weeks with the first 4 weeks being the HIPS (Neck/Shoulder and Back to feature in later blocks).

If these prove to be popular we will eventually roll these out as 3 weekly classes we’re you’ll be able to select the area on a weekly basis.
