What will create culture change for disabled people? đź’
This week I spoke as part of a GM Moving Conference panel about what it takes to shift culture—and my response was change happens when we see disabled people doing things society doesn’t expect them to do.
It challenges assumptions. It gets people thinking. And most importantly—it makes space for more people to follow.
That’s what we do at Beyond Empower.
And we’re not stopping anytime soon.
