A little insight into my brain x

I’m doing a holistic health course so I’ll be posting more about that as I learn more, mainly as a place for me to share things I learn in the hope it will benefit others 💚

Holistic health and yoga overlap in many ways, so I’ll be speaking more about the areas of yoga that aren’t just connected to movement. My yoga classes will still remain the same as always - beginner friendly and open to all levels 😃

I’ve realised I much prefer pouring energy into my in-person yoga classes, rather than videos for social media. I want to make sure what I put out is of value and I feel as though I was heading away from my vision slightly.

The amazing thing is that since I stepped away from social media slightly, my class sizes have remained the same 🥺

One of the main parts of yoga is listening to your body and meeting it where you’re at. Some days that is full chaturanga and some days that is knees chest chin. The most advanced yoga practice is the one that focuses on the breath, not on the ego🧘‍♀️✨

That’s a wrap on yoga classes for 2025 🎬

Couldn’t be more grateful to the guys at for letting me use their space and taking a chance on a newbie yoga teacher this year 💙

I can’t believe it’s been just under a year since I taught my first proper class, it’s absolutely flown by and I’ve learned so much along the way.

It’s amazing to see how much has changed in a year, and the small community of yogis we are beginning to build who come to classes regularly.

Thank you for your support and trust in 2025 and I’m excited to see you for the first class of 2026 this Sunday at 11am.

I chose this life but it did NOT choose me. Messed it up so many times I forgot how to use my left hand 🫠

The goal of downward dog isn’t to get your heels to the ground. It’s ok to have your knees bent and your heels off the ground, the purpose of the movement is to bring the navel to the upper thigh and take the pressure off the shoulders.

Try this adjustment and let me know if it helps 🫶🏻🧘‍♀️
