What’s the difference between whey and whey isolate?

Both are initially extracted from milk. But whey isolate goes through a more advanced filtration process to refine it, resulting in a purer protein. This results in a product that is usually lower calorie (dependant on serving size), and lower in sugars, fats and carbohydrates.

The isolate is a great option for anybody who has any digestion issues relating to sugars/lactose in general. It also can be great for those in a deficit due it being lower calorie or for anyone looking to try and limit sugars from their diet.
