It might have been a bit of a struggle to get them to cooperate (standard procedure with kids 😂), but it was such a proud moment to have my sons as my new patients at the student clinic.

When I’m not doing sports massages I’m a Chiropractic Intern at the student clinic. I’m currently doing two supervised shifts every single week, and my diary is open.

Tight pecs are common in gym-goers and people who sit a lot.

They can contribute to rounded shoulders, restricted movement and shoulder discomfort.

Targeted pec work is often uncomfortable but very effective when done properly.

2025 has been a brilliant year of growth, learning and helping people feel and move better 🙌 I completed my 4th year of chiropractic studies, stayed busy working with amazing clients, and I’m really grateful to everyone who trusted me with their body, health and recovery this year 💙

Exams DONE (well, almost!). Now for the big one! 🍻

We just wrapped up a super intense few days of exams in Manchester! It’s a huge commitment balancing my sports massage work with my chiropractic studies📚🦴

Now, it’s a quick celebration with the best study group, then back to the books for the Clinic Entrance Exam. This is the one that really counts!

Passing this final exam means I officially become an intern in my final year, ready to start treating the public in the clinic. It’s the last big push to becoming a fully qualified Chiropractor. 💪
