分享一下英國媽媽的紮肚情況😊

肌直肌分離：差不多4指
10日後收復到得1指多少少😊

做完10日療程後，
肚圍88-> 81.5cm
盆骨 90cm-> 86cm

*效果因人而異
很感謝客人可以配合我返工時間紮肚，早上早點紮，紮左6-8個鐘，拆左布都唔算太夜：）客人有3位小朋友要照顧，加上工作，所以只能做到少量運動，但效果也有明顯不同。

但紮肚不是減肥，按摩腹部會幫助血液循環和新陳代謝，幫助溫暖子宮，減少肚風，有助修復復直肌，幫助回復產前身形。

Just want to share how amazing result of belly binding treatment with this UK mom. I am so lucky to have chance to help her improve the health conditions especially like RAD and body shaping after give birth.

Abdomen measurement reduced 6.5cm and pelvic measure reduced 4cm, which is a great and apparent improvement.

Re**us Abdomens Diastasis measure improved from nearly 4 fingers to 1.5 fingers which is an amazing result. The result is individually dependent.If the client has maintained a good and balance diet and exercise that will helps to achieve more better improvement.

今次這位客人是順產生第三胎BB。
一般順產生完等惡露停左就可以做紮肚了，大約四周。

客人是生完3胎，第一次紮肚，都好緊張，因為之前生完都無特別好漲或肚好凸，所以無特別紮肚。但這次可能是生男仔的關係，感覺會大少少。

肌直肌分離：差不多4指

做完5日療程後，
肚圍88cm-> 85cm
盆骨 90cm-> 87cm

*效果因人而異

客人都很開心肚圍平左好多，無咁凸。

我提供既紮肚服務是採用馬來西亞打結方式混合印尼式紮肚，配合純熟人手輕柔按摩技巧﹑天然經絡梳按摩，可以專門針對腹部穴位按摩，可刺激循環，加快代謝，幫助排毒，加上熱玉石按摩，能溫暖子宮，驅走寒氣，減少肚風。在紮肚前更會進行骨盤修復技巧，幫助收緊和強化盆骨底肌肉。

親愛的Bambi 係一星期前離開了我地了，最不想發生的事情發生了，真係好唔捨得和難過。

Bambi 係一隻好斯文，善良和體貼的小狗，人見人愛，由初初開始養佢既唔習慣，到習慣養左14年，而家又變回唔習慣要適應無左佢既日子，好似少左個靈魂一樣。

大家以後只能見到高登希了。希望Bambi 永遠留在大家的心中。

We were so sad that we lose Bambi last week. Although you left, you will still be alive in our hearts. We will always remember and miss you.
