I Hold Diplomas in various massage therapies which are accredited by the Guild of Holistic Therapists. My Name is Hazel (MGHT), I am based in the beautiful village of Saline, Fife and I have recently created a blissfully relaxing therapy room within my home. In 2019 I had the opportunity to re-train in multiple complementary and holistic massage therapies within DT Therapy School, and gained my q

ualifications with The Guild of Massage Therapists (MGHT), and I have simply fallen in love with it! I incorporated these therapies within my day to day role in previous employment as a full time Learning Assistant & Touch Massage Therapist within a SEMH (Social Emotional Mental Health) school as part of the Education & Therapeutic Approaches Team. I hold a full PVG and my services are still utilised within the sector. I would like to welcome you to 'A Touch of Bliss Massage Therapies' where I aim to offer you a professional, holistic and therapeutic massage experience. You will immediately sink into relaxation on my 30" wide, superior, fully sprung Portalite Delta II Massage Table with super soft, skin touch upholstery, which supports up to 35 stone easily, offering exceptional client comfort and support. I’ve just stepped out of a 90-minute treatment called “Life is Rosy,” and I honestly feel like I’m floating. I had to hop on here and give a massive shoutout to the incredible Hazel. 🌹🙌

Sometimes we get so caught up in the "hustle" and the "doing" that we forget how much our bodies need to just be. Today was that day for me. 🧘‍♀️🔥

🩷 Cancellation Policy 🩷

Ooh, this is the bit I dislike the most 🥺

I completely understand that life happens & that sometimes my wonderful clients can't make their appointments.

However...

In the last 3 weeks I have had 3 no shows/on the day cancellations & 2 less than 24 hours cancellations.

Unfortunately, I just can't fill the appointments with such short notice & I'm then left without earnings..my lovely wee business just can't grow like this & simply isn't sustainable 🥺

🩷 On the day cancellations/no shows must be paid in full before I can re-book any future appointments....(It is virtually impossible for me to fill a space with same day notice & results in lost earnings 🥺)

🩷 24 hour cancellations must pay 50% of the treatment cost before I can re-book any future appointments.

🩷 Please give me as much notice as possible & I will happily re-schedule your appointment...I'm terribly nice & will always try my best for you all.

🥺 For those who know me & for my regular clients, you know just how difficult this was for me to implement 🥺

Did you know that I am a Trauma Informed Massage Therapist?!

Once upon a time...

I had the priveledge of working within a SEMH School where I offered 'Trauma Touch Therapy' to Pupils, Care Staff & Teaching Staff.

I worked alongside the Educational Psycologist & was the second half of the Therapeutic Approaches Team, together we delivered a Holistic/ Therapeutic Approach to the effects of Trauma & the negative impact it has on the body & mind.

My work was to utilise my knowledge of therapeutic massage (releasing trauma stored within the muscles & fascia) Whilst utilising breathing techniques/breath release and to help to balance the sympathetic & para-sympathetic nervous system in order to find balance, harmony & much needed mind space.

Within your session we can introduce:

🩷 Weighted Blanket Swaddle Sessions to truly develop a sense of safety (this can be beneficial for PTSD/CPTSD)

🩷 Crystal Sound Bath Healing Session to deepen your level of meditative relaxation at the end of your therapeutic massage.

🩷 Abdominal Massage (with or without hot basalt stones) this gorgeous treatment gently & carefully soothes the gut. Promoting deep healing & fosters a real sense of safety to the subconscious mind.
