As I am continuing this wonderful Reiki journey into teaching, my intention comes from my heart that I want to share with you all that you can find inner peace. In our lives at the moment we are seeing light and darkness battling and I understand fully how we all can struggle with this energy around us.

Reiki teaches us how to reach out, release, learn, heal and grow.

Reiki helps us find the light that has always been inside us.

Life can feel challenging and painful during a transformation , but you need to go through it in order to not forget what you are doing it for and that your comfort zone in fact is not healthy for you anymore.

Sometimes we stay in our comfort zone because that is all we have known but we all deserve much more.

We can do this together like butterflies flying high x

Yesterday was certainly very special to received my Reiki Master attunement in The Beauty Lounge surrounded by such wonderful people. Today I have been feeling like a completely different person, totally at peace with myself and ready to move forward to the future giving and teaching Reiki to you all.

I am so grateful that I took the step to walk through the salon door and know that the respect and pure friendship is so true of all the amazing other women I am so lucky to work alongside.

I draw a card for myself today which is a card full of imagination.

Hold my hand and lets see where this awesome life can take us.
