Day 11 of my Wye Valley adventure. 14 miles along the river and a number to very steep climbs. It didn't rain so that now 10 days with no rain ...something of a record in Wales.

Day 9 of my Wye Valley adventure. 34500 steps ,all up and down and very little on the flat. A challenging day with beautiful autumn sights to our overnight stop in Builth Wells.

Day 6 of my Wye Valley adventure. Hereford to Monnington. We had the pleasure of seeing the apple orchards heaven with fruit ready to be harvested and make cider. Gorgeous day.

Day 5 Wey Valley walk adventure. Walked into Hereford today just 16 K, and had the most amazing Italian meal at this restaurant.

This neuroma only measured 2 mm but was causing a lot of pain. Round hypoechoic (black) noncompressible lesion in 3-4 intermetatarsal space. Treatments include footwear insoles steroid injection and surgical excision Images used with permission and anonymously.

Great walk around Warnham in West Sussex this weekend. Sun, flowers and bees.......lots of bees. Can anyone tell me what these flowers are, and why there are so many fields planted with them?

Interesting findings of a patient who had posterior heel pain. The ultrasound shows insertional calcification of the Achilles with inflammation. Next step is an X-ray. The ultrasound is an excellent clinical tool for diagnosis and also for patient education/involvement with their treatment plan. Images used with permission and anonymously
