Time flies! 23 already! 23 years of being a mum to this amazing person. He’s still only 7 really in my mind… lovely to celebrate with my parents too as they have been such cheerleaders of our family x

Prague was beautiful! For anyone with allergies or dietary requirements it is remarkably easy to eat out. A few people had said that they didn’t like Prague because it was full of stag parties, st*****rs etc which was totally not my experience. Loved it! Shame about the total ATC nightmare on the way home!

It’s been a busy 6 weeks campaigning locally with the Liberal Democrat’s. We had been told that Amesbury was a conservative stronghold… we now have 3 Lib Dem councillors. It is hard work getting elected and the reward is the actual hard work it takes to be an effective councillor. The team were amazing- huge thanks 🙏🏻

First school trip for 25 years! 50 kids all back home no injuries! Beautiful weather in Andorra, food was dreadful for vegan and GF so it definitely felt like a throw back to old boarding school dinners! Thanks to for looking after us ❤️ you were the best! ❤️

42 is the answer to the ultimate question of life, the universe, and everything. To be honest, I thought I already was 42- so this is a bonus year! Such a joy to share a birthday with the wonderful and to celebrate with this lovely bunch, parents on both sides and the amazing who has the best menu ordering skills ever! is brilliant for vegan, gluten free and allergies- highly recommend if you are in or near Salisbury #42

Christmas jumpers, hats, hot chocolate, rocky road, gingerbread cakes oh and a bit of yoga and baby massage thrown in! It’s been such a magical 6 weeks getting to know these lovely mums/ dads and babies. Sat with my feet up in Cornwall reflecting on the year gone past and looking to the future.

Baby & Me Yoga in Old Sarum Community Centre. New class starts on the 9th November.

Benefits of doing Yoga with your baby can include:

✨Promote longer and deeper sleep by regulating the breathing and increases the levels of oxygen in the bloodstream.
✨Help balance, coordination and motor skills.
✨Aids respiration and digestion.
✨Strengthens baby's body and develops reflexes.
Improves learning and social development.

Plus there’s tea and homemade treats after. This week they will be Halloween themed. These ones are gluten free and vegan ❤️
