On the 31 March 2025 at 0900, Aurora New Dawn is pleased to announce the launch of the inaugural helpline designed to support personnel from the Royal Navy, British Army, and Royal Air Force, as well as their family members who have experienced:

- Domestic abuse
- Sexual violence
- Stalking

This service will be accessible to all UK forces personnel and their families, including those stationed abroad. It is an independent, confidential, and complimentary service, offering support through both WhatsApp and phone calls.
