On Sunday our wonderful senior carer bought in her lovely, well mannered cat Trixie to show the residents. Animal therapy offers so many amazing benefits like reducing stress, lowering blood pressure, improved mood, increased social interaction and enhanced physical activity. Trixie was so loving and well behaved the residents loved having her in the home.

This year the residents wanted to sign up to the Big Garden Birdwatch. So this is what we have done. This takes place every year between 23rd- 25th January. We will all be looking and counting all the birds that we see in our beautiful garden. What a great project to be part of.
