Lovely friendly yoga in the village hall here in the Idmiston Parish Memorial Hall, poster made for me by a lovely student who tells me my PR needs to get better! A few spaces on Monday evenings, more spaces on Thursday daytimes. Always love to meet new yoga enthusiasts (and also those who aren’t sure they are going to be enthusiasts but have heard it might be worth giving a try!). New term starts next Monday 6th/ Thursday 9th.

My final class of a really lovely term on a hot night found us by the willow on the river bank, a beautiful way to round off a term with lots of variety! Thank you to all who come to share the yoga with me, I’ve loved teaching every one of you and every class! Looking forward to being back in September 😁🙏🧘‍♀️😍.

Summer is finally here for the lovely yoga group at Wilton RDA on Mondays, lovely Frankie spent most of the hour with us, even at times seeming to breathe with us. Yoga with extra daisies, birdsong and ponies 😍🙏🧘‍♀️

It has been quite a while since I last posted but I started taking a class again a few months ago. A lovely group whose teacher stopped teaching their area persuaded me to dust down my sequencing brain and have totally inspired me and reminded my how much I love leading yoga classes. Thank you the Wilton RDA yogis, sometimes you just need a little reminder that Yes you can!
