Engage Counselling Service I am a professional counsellor working with adults and young people aged 16 to 18. I provide short term and open ended therapy.

In the supportive space I provide, you can expect a genuine, warm, non-judgemental and empathic experience as we explore your thoughts and feelings about current and non-recent events. I believe that whilst we may not be able to change what's happened, we can change the impact it has on us now. I work with a full spectrum of emotional issues, difficult life events and unhelpful patterns of behaviour. I have a special interest and expertise in working with people who are looking to improve and enrich their relationships: with themselves and others. I am an inclusive counsellor comfortable working with diversity and welcome clients seeking to explore thoughts, feelings and experience related to Gender, Sexual and Relationship Diversity (GSRD).

Counselling sessions last 50 minutes and can be facilitated in the following formats: face to face in my private practice in Salisbury, or via online video call and telephone; depending on your individual needs. I offer day and evening appointments, subject to availability.

Sessions cost £40. Initial 30 minute consultation session is free to ensure that I am the right counsellor to meet your individual needs.
