At the hospital for my yearly Mammogram.

I have them every year due to breast cancer in my family.

They are a lovely team up here and I just wanted to encourage everyone to go for Mammograms when they are offered to you, they really aren’t that bad, and also check your b***s regularly.

If you are worried at all, see your GP as it’s best to get checked out and all be ok ❤️

I had the best morning with the lovely Sophie from Wild Roots Wellbeing!

Our first Mum & Daughter pamper party!

It was an absolute pleasure to run this event and we have had some fantastic feedback. The girls and their mums really got into the activities and shared a little bit of relaxation (and lots of giggles)
