🌼 Teacher Profile 🌼

Eleni is the Director of Silence of Space Ltd, a platform based in Wiltshire that offers guidance to wellbeing practices.

Trained in the tradition of Hatha Yoga and specialising in Yoga Therapy, I guide practitioners in the Pancha Kosha method to access all five layers of awareness through which all experience is processed.

Wellbeing is felt when we strive for balance holistically by integrating the physical body, the breath, the mindset and the intellect with our state of bliss.

Eleni teaches morning classes and is a Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider offering training courses bi-monthly at Rafiki Studios.

Looking for a beautiful space to hire for your class, workshop or event?

Rafiki Studios is based in the heart of the city, near parking and walkable from anywhere in town.

We offer a welcoming, accessible space fully stocked with wonderful teas in the kitchen, candles, incense, mats, blankets, yoga equipment and more.

We can even provide proper chai, Kombucha and lots of other lovely extras on request.

The studios are available for all sorts - yoga, meditation, circles, meetings, readings, pilates, dance - whatever you love, come chat to us about it!
