I am a fully qualified Reflexologist,Complementary Massage Therapist and Aromatherapist. I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and Federation of Holistic Therapists. AoR promote the professional standards of Reflexology to the highest level. As a Reflexologist I am committed to Continuing Professional Development. I continue to develop my skills by attending courses and lectures in Reflexology

Reflexology is a non-intrusive complementary therapy, based on the theory that different points on the feet, lower leg, hands, face or ears correspond with different areas of the body. Reflexologists work holistically with their Clients and aim to work alongside allopathic healthcare to promote better health for their Clients. I have 15 years experience working with children and adults with Learning Disabilities and challenging behaviour. I am delighted to be in a position where I can use my skills in Reflexology using the FRT approach to support clients with Special Needs, Autism, Dementia and Neurological Impairment. I offer relaxing treatments in Evergreen Amesbury I am also happy to offer treatments in the comfort of the Clients own home. I work to leave my Clients feeling they have experienced something truly relaxing, leaving them feeling more able to cope with everyday stress and demands. Benefits of Reflexology may include:
