Hope you’ve had a wonderful weekend?

I’ve been pretty busy - yesterday a private 40th birthday aerial yoga class with a team Barbie vibe - such a lovely fun group ❤️ last night a beautiful meal out celebrating my beautiful friends birthday 💕and then today our Christmas Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath 🔔 with the lovely Ilona from at the always stunning ❤️🥰😍 not forgetting the amazing cakes 🍰 provided by (why do I never manage to take a photo!) ending with a beautiful group of yogis floating out of the venue back home, hopefully for a great nights sleep! 💤 😌

This time next week I will be back at the magical in Italy for the final retreat that I’m leading in 2025 ❤️ so looking forward to spending five days with a beautiful group of yogis 🙏 just getting all the prep work underway now 😁
