On Wednesday we supported Macmillan with our annual coffee morning to help raise essential funds for this amazing charity. We had lots of cake! And we are delighted to report we raised nearly £150 – with donations still coming in.

These funds ensure that Macmillan can continue to provide practical, emotional and financial support to people living with cancer when they need it.

Since 1990, Macmillan Coffee Mornings have brought together millions of people from across the UK to have fun, and raise money for a good cause. Tomorrow at Abicare Salisbury, we will be hosting a Macmillan coffee morning to help raise essential funds.

It's Macmillan's biggest fundraising event to support people living with cancer. So bake a cake, or eat a cake and come along and join us Tomorrow from 10am. Any contribution is crucial to ensure Macmillan can continue to provide practical, emotional and financial support to people living with cancer when they need it.

🧠Today is World Alzheimer’s Day, a to raise awareness about Alzheimer’s disease and its impact on millions of lives worldwide. It is a reminder of the importance of understanding, research, and support for those affected by this condition. By spreading knowledge and breaking the stigma to help create a more compassionate society for individuals living with Alzheimer’s and their families.

📅This week we are excited to introduce Leonie Wright. Also known as Leigh, she is our wonderful Company Training Manager. Leigh’s day starts very early with a coffee boost and some quiet time to catch up with emails. No two days are ever the same for Leigh, as she delivers and co-ordinates training to our Care Professionals, she ensures, those already with us are up-to-date and compliant with the high standards of care we deliver.
