It's National Walking Month!
At Abicare, we believe that every step counts, not just for physical health, but for mental wellbeing and socially too. We are big supporters of walking and the benefit every step brings! We have a, Monthly Lunchtime Walk Club, a chance to get outside, recharge, and connect with colleagues. And a Monthly Step Challenge, a fun way to stay motivated, set goals, and celebrate progress together.

We love to walk! And this National Walking Month, we’re encouraging our team, clients, and community to go for a stroll and enjoy the fresh air.

Last week, the Abicare head office team made the most of the April sunshine with our monthly lunchtime walking club.

Taking time to step outside, get moving, and enjoy each other’s company is all part of what makes our workplace so special. A healthy team is a happy team!
