Please read before booking. By booking an appointment, you agree to our full Terms & Conditions.

🔹 Booking Fees
All appointments require a non-refundable booking fee to secure your slot:

• £38 (Prescription Fee)
• £50 (Treatment Deposit )

Fees are deductible from treatment where applicable.

🔹 Cancellations & Rescheduling
• Booking fees are non-refundable
• 48 hours’ notice required to reschedule
• One reschedule allowed per booking fee
• Late cancellations, no-shows, or multiple changes will require a new booking fee

🔹 Late Arrival & No-Shows
Arriving late may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation.
No-shows lose their booking fee. Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

🔹 Consultations & Suitability
All treatments are subject to consultation and medical suitability. We reserve the right to refuse treatment where clinically appropriate. Results vary and are not guaranteed.

🔹 Age Requirement
You must be 18+ and valid photo ID may be required. No ID = no treatment.

🔹 Children
Children must not be left unattended in the clinic. Please bring another adult if needed.

🔹 Reviews & Anti-Wrinkle Treatments
Reviews must be booked within 3 weeks.
Anti-wrinkle concerns must be raised between 14–21 days post-treatment.

🔹 Conduct
Abusive or inappropriate behaviour will not be tolerated and may result in cancellation without refund.
