I support clients struggling with fertility and hormone issues. I specialise in Natural Fertility advising couples on hormonal issues, life-style and diet while working with hand Reflexology. One in five women are now finding it hard to conceive. The aim is to help you balance the body, reducing stress-and helping you to boost your fertility. Please remember I continue to see clients who like to have a regular reflexology session just for the feel good factor. My interest in reflexology is complimented by 30 years interest in well-being, nutrition, and study into how our brains effect our well being.
