Daisy Vitality Daisy Compton, BSc. (Hons) FHT Member, provides bespoke massage and body treatments to enhance your health and promoting well-being.

My Practice is based at the BodyMatters Clinic in Belsize Park, London NW3. All treatments are customised to meet your concerns on the day and combine the therapeutic benefits of high quality essential oil blends together with deeply relaxing and restorative massage to help melt away the tensions and stress of the day. We are becoming more and more aware that giving yourself time to rest and repair is vital to our health, as stress becomes a recognised fact of life within today’s modern society. The pressures of juggling work, home, family and friends, economic influences and urban living can all contribute to developing physical and emotional symptoms of stress. These symptoms can include muscular tension, aches and pains and feelings of anxiety and overwhelm. Stress may also lead a person to making unhealthy life style choices in terms of nutrition and sleep habits.
