Water teaches us resilience. It adapts to every container, carves through stone, and always finds a way forward. Whether still or flowing, it holds power in every form.

Let your yoga practice be fluid. Let go of resistance. Move with your breath, soften where you're holding, and allow yourself to flow wiith awareness.
