This morning I went to Hattie Radford's yoga flow class at Gail's tea rooms. It's upstairs in the tea room and you get a free pastry with a coffee afterwards if you want one.
The class was fantastic! I know she's my daughter and I am biased but genuinely the class is perfect for beginners and intermediates. The class is from 9-10 am and only £12. Hattie would love to have you there 🤍

Has Christmas left you feeling a little frazzled and burnt out?
I'll be the first to put my hand up and say yes!!!
With the shopping and the cooking and the wrapping and the hosting I was physically and emotionally exhausted.
Self care went a little out of the window for a couple of weeks and it's all too easy to forget to start looking after yourself again.

However all is not lost, I'm here to remind you that you don't need to fall apart before you reinstate the all very important self care.
I have appointments available for reiki, massage, Indian head massage, sound healing, facials and so much more....

I am a CND Master Nail technician based in the lovely village of Laverstock in Salisbury.

I have over 17 years of experience and offer a full range of hand and feet treatments. These include, but aren't restricted t0 the following.

Liquid and powder acrylic nail overlays or extensions, with a range of different colours available to suit your taste and needs. A full range of manicures from the very basic shape and polish to the luxury spa manicure. A full range of pedicures from the very basic file and polish to a luxury spa marine pedicure Gel polish to the fingers and or toes. This can incorporate glitter, nail art or a lovely crisp French to suit your taste.

I also offer white to brown spray tans in three different shades to best suit your skin tone.
