The idea is simple – on 30th January, wear something bright, or anything that makes you smile. We're asking for everyone who takes part to make a minimum donation of £1 to Salisbury Hospice Charity – in return you'll bring sunshine to your workplace and to the hospice.

Yesterday, we enjoyed an amazing evening 'Behind the Try Line!' 🏉

We were delighted to host Cadan Murley at Salisbury Rugby Club for a fascinating discussion about his career. A big thank you to Gareth Robertson for interviewing Cadan and leading the audience Q&A.

Cadan talked about finding his place on the pitch at Salisbury Rugby Club, his transition to Harlequins, and then on to England Honours. He chatted about the mental health benefits of exercise, reflected on the importance of friendships with teammates, and discussed why he is championing The Big Try.
