PROGRESS, not PERFECTION 🧘🏻♀️
And that’s what it’s all about 😁. Making gradual progress each week, yoga and pilates can never be ‘perfect’ as everybody’s BODY is different. Even our alignment can differ slightly, we can always go deeper - whether that’s a stretch or holding strengthening pose, or moving through a flow - there is always space and opportunity to progress; allowing ourselves to tune in and listen to our body, (and not our ego!)😉🧘. That’s what I love about both.
Our bodies change too and we deserve to respect that. It’s amazing seeing the progress of everyone I teach; especially body strength and agility. Both practices are SO strengthening, yet also fantastic for agility and releasing stresses/tension. I can literally see the change in everyone’s faces after each session - more radiant, relaxed and glowing! 🙏💫☺️
