Welcome to Pause & Breathe, a weekly breathwork group designed to help you reconnect with your inner calm and vitality. Join us every Friday, starting on 28th June

Our sessions offer a serene and supportive environment where you can explore a variety of breathing techniques to help you reduce stress, feel calm and enhance focus and clarity.

Alongside her energy healing, Reiki and counselling sessions, our practitioner Dr Karen Janes, also teaches simple and practical meditation classes suitable for all. You can join her at the centre this evening for a rejuvenating meditation to celebrate the solstice or you can also login online.
