September is full of exciting events and activities for our residents:

🛥️ Two beautiful boat trips from Poole Harbour (17th & 23rd)
🤝 An intergenerational session at the Hope Centre in Salisbury (24th)
🍺 Beer tasting fun
🎨 Weekly arts & crafts, including sewing club & pebble painting

There’s something for everyone to enjoy, and we can’t wait for autumn to come 💛

The past week at Harnham Croft…
Intergenerational session, Our residents enjoyed interacting with the children and sharing some of their creations for the theme of under the sea. They also had cuddles with a 10 week old baby 👶🏼👵🏻🌸💜

🥰👵🏻👶🏽👦🏽💐💜

Incase you've missed our stories, we had a wonderful time with Harnham Croft Care Home this week! The room was bubbling with laughter as the residents got stuck in chatting to, and playing with the children. We have some lovely bonds developing, which is what it's all about! 💙

The residents are incredibly creative, and every time they come to Imagine This, they bring us things that they have made as a gift! Their talent and craftsmanship is astounding, and they delight in sharing their work with our little ones, who love their creations! This is just a handful of sea creatures that they brought with them on Wednesday to compliment our 'Under the Sea' theme. How amazing!

We feel so fortunate to be able to share in this! Thank you Harnham Croft Care Home and St Paul's Salisbury for helping us to make it happen! Every week is a blessing🥰.

Nutrition is very important to us here at Harnham Croft Care Home because it directly impacts residents physical and mental wellbeing, as well as their quality of life. Meal times are also a crucial opportunity for social interaction and a sense of community.
Here at Harnham Croft our residents are involved in menu planning, baking afternoon and also a special favourite meal and cake of their choice for each resident on their birthdays 🎂 🧑‍🍳🧁📖
