Nutrition and lifestyle changes can help to support fertility or to manage the emotional stress of undergoing IVF. You can expect an initial consultation lasting about 90 minutes during which a case history will be taken and your aims for the consultation are discussed. We will look at any test results you may already have from the NHS and I will use these to build a plan incorporating diet, lifestyle and supplements which will be emailed to you.
