Conscious Connected Breathwork - Taster Session:
Hilary facilitates the transformational breathwork practice known as conscious connected breathwork (CCB). This technique creates a rhythmic continuous flow of breath guiding you out of the busy mind and into the present moment. By consciously engaging with your breath you create a channel into your body's wisdom, it supports you to move through energetic blockages, release tension, receive inner guidance and promotes regulation in your nervous system. As the breath connects, the heart space opens to a deeper sense of self, igniting your own wisdom and intuition, offering clarity, a greater sense of wholeness, peace and acceptance.
