Talking and listening really can change lives. Today, Thursday 5 February, Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies , will be at Bradford City Library, 12:30 pm - 2:30pm, supporting Time to Talk Day — a national campaign to reduce the stigma around mental health.

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Emily will be available to talk with members of the public about the positive impact of opening up, and to explain the wide range of free, confidential support available for anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems and more.

Whether it’s a chat with a friend, a walk with a colleague, or a conversation with a professional, small moments of connection can make a big difference. Everyone is welcome to come along, ask questions and find out where to get support if they need it. https://tinyurl.com/3pn4z2bx

We are delighted to share that the Department of Health and Social Care has approved the Full Business Case (FBC) for the Lynfield Mount Hospital redevelopment programme 🎉

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Emily, will be on hand to chat with members of the public about how talking and listening can help reduce stigma, improve wellbeing, and connect people with the right support.
Everyone is welcome to drop in, ask questions and find out about the free, confidential help available across Bradford and Craven.
