Bradford District Care NHS Foundation Trust provides award-winning, high quality mental health, community and learning disability services, to support people to stay physically and mentally well. We also provide Wakefield school nursing, health visiting and family nurse partnership services (including vaccinations and immunisations).

We work with our partners, individuals and their carers, so that people can stay healthy, close to home. We have a strong track record of doing things differently, working with others, to ensure that people get the right care, in the right place with the right support, to achieve our vision of providing outstanding care.
