Talking and listening really can change lives. Today, Thursday 5 February, Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies , will be at Bradford City Library, 12:30 pm - 2:30pm, supporting Time to Talk Day — a national campaign to reduce the stigma around mental health.

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Emily will be available to talk with members of the public about the positive impact of opening up, and to explain the wide range of free, confidential support available for anxiety, depression, stress, sleep problems and more.

Whether it’s a chat with a friend, a walk with a colleague, or a conversation with a professional, small moments of connection can make a big difference. Everyone is welcome to come along, ask questions and find out where to get support if they need it. https://tinyurl.com/3pn4z2bx

This is a significant milestone to redevelop LMH’s central block. It gives us the green light to create a more modern, safe, therapeutic and recovery-focused environment for service users, and a better workplace for staff🚦

This Time to Talk Day (Thursday 5 February), Bradford District and Craven Talking Therapies is supporting an awareness event at Bradford City Library to encourage open conversations about mental health.

Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner Emily, will be on hand to chat with members of the public about how talking and listening can help reduce stigma, improve wellbeing, and connect people with the right support.

We also provide Wakefield school nursing, health visiting and family nurse partnership services (including vaccinations and immunisations).

We work with our partners, individuals and their carers, so that people can stay healthy, close to home.
