NEXT PAIN CAFE at Saltash Studios
Tuesday 24th June 10am-noon

Connect and chat to members of the community who are in a similar situation to you. Sessions last 2 hours and you can drop in or stay for the whole session – held in the meeting room at Saltash Studios.

Take part in a 30-minute session of mindfulness, movement and relaxation to reduce the focus on your pain. Sean and Mary-Ella (both sufferers of chronic pain themselves) are your hosts, offering a listening ear as well as signposting you to useful services & resources.

THANK-YOU to all last week's Wednesday morning & Thursday evening yoga students who supported the Gaza Crisis Appeal.

I donated all the proceeds of my income and their donations to The British Red Cross.

Between us we raised £203. Thank-you so much!

18 months ago I wanted to raise money for the people of Gaza by donating the proceeds of both my yoga classes to Oxfam. My students kindly supported this wish and we raised a considerable amount of money.

My sincere thanks to all my students supporting this. We aim to make a difference to some people's lives.

My next Pain Café is this coming Tuesday, the 27th of May 10-12noon, held at Saltash Studios on Fore Street, Saltash.

Please join Sean and I for our third Pain Café. Bring a friend with you if you would like to.

I will have a lovely meditation, seated yoga sequence and lush relaxation for you to enjoy. Take time to talk to others who suffer from pain, whether it be short term or chronic. Make new local connections with people & take away useful resources. You can also join our WhatsApp group for ongoing support.

I hope to see you there if you can make it. Free tea & coffee as usual.
