A walk from the Jacobean Manor retreat house along Drovers Path, strewn with wild primroses, ferns, bees, blackthorn blossom, natural springs and small waterfalls, to the river Lynher encircling the land and is rises and falls each tide, is a short 10 mins but a different world altogether.
Being in nature is a multi-layered learning process, that teaches us so much- humility and patience among other virtues.
If we allow it, nature interrupts us and puts us at the mercy of something bigger than our own inner narrative.
Each step you walk along Drovers path is a call to the wild surroundings of birdsong, jumping fish geese swans and so so much more.
In short it changes your state.
It’s how we make sense. It’s how we culture the gratitude to move us forward.
