It was absolute honour to meet and treat Ed Buckingham - the only Cornishman ever to climb the highest mountains on each of the seven continents. It was such a pleasure to hear of Ed’s adventures particularly about his climb up to the summit of Everest and I’m thoroughly looking forward to reading his book ‘7 Summits’.

Just wanted to congratulate my clients who ran the London Marathon last week in very hot conditions but most importantly raising a lot of money in the process for your various charities.

It really has been a pleasure to help you along your marathon journeys with regular massages throughout your training and to help aid your recovery with post marathon massages this week.

A great quote that I heard this week from one client: It really doesn’t matter what happens in the middle part but as long as you cross both the start and finish lines - that’s all that matters.
