🙌 Community matters 🙌

I really love the social side of the festive period. It’s the time of year when we make that extra effort to finally catch up with friends, get to know our colleagues a little better at work Christmas parties, and lean into the generosity and goodwill that seem to flow more freely in December.

This week has been full of heart-warming moments. I had the pleasure of joining the MHA Decaf Christmas party at Saltash Social Club. Amongst other things, I offered hand massages to people living with dementia and their carers and Wreckers Border Morris provided jolly entertainment.

Yesterday, the wonderful and ever-energetic Lindsay from Saltash Studios hosted a celebratory gathering for everyone who has supported her vision of creating a community space for workshops, networking, and cinema nights.

And I’m already looking forward to tomorrow’s get-together at China Fleet with Saltash Women in Business, celebrating Christmas, connection, and the mutual support that keeps us all going.

Here’s to the season that brings us closer: may we carry this warmth, community spirit, and kindness well beyond December. What’s been your favourite festive moment so far? 🎄✨

💚 Every body part deserves care 💚

I’ve been feeling so grateful reading your recent feedback. I also love how these two experiences show something so true, that we all carry tension in different places.

For some it settles in the legs… for others it hides in the scalp, the shoulders, the back, the hips. Unsurprisingly for me, I often find tension in ankles and wrists. Every body is unique, and each area deserves gentle care and attention. 🌿
