Christmas Wreath Workshops

The gorgeous Pam is coming back to collaborate with us here to create stunning wreaths crafted from our garden.

We have been harvesting, drying, cutting, hanging all the blooms we can from the garden before Autumn came to ready ourselves for these beautiful wreaths you will make.

Come and join us to create your unique Christmas wreath!

Spaces are limited on a first come first booked place.

We would love to welcome you with festive treats, warming yourselves with the roaring fire, drinking hot punch and having fun with friends and family, all whilst learning a new skill or picking up your previous craft.

Sessions are £45 per person

Behind the scenes Dan and I work creating the perfect getaway from fresh linen dried in the vegetable garden to twinkly pixie lights guiding your way at night.

We absolutely love that we have been able to save his family home and garden for you all to enjoy and experience along with us on your spa or glamping stay.

Dan's parents, John and Linda planted everything you see in the garden from just a plain field 39 years ago.
Nothing was here other than grass, the foresight his parents had to plant trees for future generations is remarkable.

We welcome you to sit a while immersed in the garden, leaving only your footsteps whilst nurturing yourself in nature 💚

'Consistency' has been my word for this month and although it's now nearly the end of January this post is coming out to you to share the February and March TRE Group Sunday Sessions.

I've had great January feedback from my clients, thank you all who have attended and I look forward to welcoming you back and new faces too.

I have created Sunday bi-weekly sessions for TRE - Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises so you know there is a time and place for you to come and practice with a provider and receive this at a special discounted price of £15 per person.

There will be 8 spaces available every session, on a first come first booked basis.

TRE is a great tool to have in your self-care toolbox, from releasing built up muscular tension to regulating your nervous system, all of us are designed to have ways to lower our cortisol in our body, TRE was designed exactly for this.

It was profound for me that's why I love sharing TRE so others can support themselves too.

In today's society where juggling many spinning plates is 'normalised' it really can be helpful to learn TRE, blend it into your life and ease the pressure, slowing down those plates!
