Work in an office all day? Drive long distances? Train hard? Or just suffer with tight tired muscles?

Then why not maintain yourself once a month....£300 would cover a 1 hour session each month, so 12 for the price of 10

Ok...been quiet for a while, what have I been up to?

Well: supported the cornish coastal challenge along the way sorting sore legs and injuries for them to complete the gruelling 300 miles in 6 days!!

Worked for a week keeping the Royal Engineers Field Gun Crew in fine form and ready to place well in the final

And ....back with Saltash Rugby Club for the start of a new season keeping them injury free or get them
Back playing as soon as !!

Well this weekend I joined a team of therapists at the Newquay 7's Rugby Tournament...roughing it camping in a very rowd...

Well this weekend I joined a team of therapists at the Newquay 7's Rugby Tournament...roughing it camping in a very rowdy camping village...sun..wind...rain..some great rugby ...and I met Phil Vickery❤️

All in all a good weekend 😊
