✨ At 58, this lovely patient came to see me because she had started to notice a gradual “downturned mouth” appearance. The corners of the mouth had slowly dropped over time, creating a sad or tired expression even when she felt happy.

This is incredibly common as we age. Natural volume loss, changes in bone support, and repeated facial movement can cause the corners of the mouth to turn downward and the lips to lose definition.

For her treatment we focused on subtle restoration, not overfilling.

✨ 1ml dermal filler was carefully placed around the mouth to support the corners and gently lift the downturned smile.
✨ 1ml was used in the lips to restore hydration, shape and soft structure.

The goal was simple:
refresh the area and recreate balance while keeping everything natural and age-appropriate.

Lip filler isn’t about creating large lips - especially in mature patients. When done correctly it can:

✨Tear trough filler for this lovely lady

She’s in her 30s and this is exactly when changes like this can start to show.

She didn’t come in wanting to look younger or different.
She came in because her eyes were making her look exhausted, even when she felt absolutely fine.
