✨️Short Meditation for Flow & Alignment✨️
Find a comfortable seated or lying position. Gently close your eyes and take a slow, deep breath in through the nose… and exhale softly through the mouth.
Allow your shoulders to drop and your jaw to soften. Feel your body supported beneath you.
Bring your awareness to your breath. With each inhale, imagine fresh, calm energy flowing into your body. With each exhale, release tension, effort, and resistance.
Now place a hand on your heart. Silently repeat:
I trust the flow of life.
Picture yourself floating gently on a calm river. You are not swimming or forcing direction. You are simply allowing yourself to be carried with ease. The water supports you, guiding you exactly where you need to be.
Repeat quietly or aloud:
I am aligned. I am supported. I flow with ease.
Stay here for a few breaths, resting in this feeling of trust and alignment.
When you feel ready, gently wiggle your fingers and toes. Take one final deep breath, and slowly open your eyes, carrying this sense of flow with you into your day.
