We will be back with our yoga meet ups from Monday the 5th of January and I m looking forward to seeing you all very soon ❤️🌟
Any questions, please feel free to reach out.
Just a little longer until regular massage appointments return and they will be available mainly Wednesday afternoons, Saturday and Sunday mornings. Thank you for your patience 🙏🏼

Chair yoga is back at Hinderwell Old School Tearoom from next Friday the 5th of September.
We meet every Friday 1-2 pm for some gentle chair based movement, breathing and mindfulness practices.
