I should have around 30 glowing reviews from clients I have worked with during my training!

Here's the first one-
This Client worked extremely hard from day 1 in between sessions & he was back at work after 6 weeks / 7 sessions! 👇
He has since gone on to successfully quit smoking for many months!

Client Review:

I first went to see Jo in April following an injury to my shoulder which had left me in pain 24hrs a day seven days a week and not able to work since January 13th.
I had convinced myself that was my career as a hgv driver was over. I just didn't realise how badly it was affecting me mentally, I found myself in a place I did not want to be in.

Thats when i first went to see Jo. Jo created a safe space and gave great advice on how to tackle the every day struggle i was facing.

I found Jo to be very knowledgeable explaining as we went, about how things work inside my head etc. Each time I walked away from a session I gained a better understanding of what was going on and what I needed to do to put it right.

I can honestly say she gave me my life back, my wife noticed a massive difference after my first session almost taken aback by the improvement in my behaviour etc even my son was commenting on the improvement. The following sessions just added to my recovery.

I honestly can not recommend Jo enough, I was unsure at first as I didn't really understand how the therapy worked but now I have a whole new outlook on life, most of all my wife got her husband back and for me I will never be able to thank her enough. I am now back at work and living my best life something I thought was never going to happen.
I would not hesitate to go and see Jo again, something I will be doing to sort out a little phobia problem. I would not hesitate to recommend family and friends to Jo I would trust her 100%.

Well that's it... Feeling accomplished as phase 1 of my grand plan is complete!
I'm finally a graduate of CPHT (The Clifton Practice of Hypnotherapy Training) & excited for my new career as a Mental Health Practitioner:

I'm qualified in Solution Focused Therapy, Psychotherapy & Hypnotherapy!

I havent being this proud of myself for a long while, and I know ive worked my arse off to get here!
Cheers to everyone who's had a hand in getting me to this point: my family, my clients, friends, colleagues and my supervisor. I know I drove him mad at times!

Hi folks, finally something positive is happening....

Just a little update, so a year since covid stopped me doing module 5, then again I was fighting Sepsis instead of completing in July,

This week another kidney infection and antibiotics for myself (and leyton with an ear infection)
However, the good news is:
I got an email from my supervisor yesterday to say I can attend Newcastle branch next week to do the PTSD and Phobia module that I'm missing....

Got some portfolio things to do but I should be qualified within 3 weeks!

I cant wait for this huge weight to be lifted off my shoulders.... and to be able to say ive survived this and im East Clevelands very first Solution Focused Therapist.....

Nothing & no- one is preventing me achieving this goal, I might be later than originally planned but one thing I've learned .... nothing in my life has ever gone to plan... i just have to work even harder for for my dreams to materialise!

I'm keeping my business name underwraps but il reveal it soon when I open the business page.... now I can see the finish line... its full steam ahead again! 🙌

I cant put into words how hard this has being, not the course itself ive loved that,
but getting through it battling everything else on top... my family, close friends and clients have witnessed this struggle and whatever the outcome now, im blessed to have you all in my life!
Thankyou for your support on this journey it means the world to me!

So with that said, I can take on some new clients and il honour my 50% off rate right through winter, even once im qualified.

I'd rather be able to help twice as many people.... I predict Im going to be a brilliant therapist but absoloutely terrible at running a business given that money comes way down my priority list... & helping the world is right at the top!
