Ellen from Springtide Therapies offers a journey with Nature, Yoga and Ceremonial Fusion to help connect us to our highest self and come back to the home of ourselves and feel our inner light and journey expand

☀️ Ellen will be holding a session honouring Surya with a Yoga Flow with 12 Surya Mantras:
Honour and Harness the Outer and Inner Sun. Connect to your Inner Flame and Light. Accessible to all, can complete in a chair or full standing flow. Linking Our Salutations to the Sun Flow with a dedicated sanskrit mantra to ease Pose. A great way to re-ground and connect to the magic of the sun and the inner light within us. Singing/chanting mantras helps us to rebalance our nervous system, activate our vagus nerve and, clear our foggy lense and help us to connect to our heart and inner light. The Sun Saltuation Flow also helps us to shed the physical layers of our body, honour the sun and connect to our inner light within to dive deeper into our meditation for a deep rest and reset and feel at one with the sun.

🌳 She will also be holding some Elemental Play and Ceremony with Nature for our Children and Inner Children: This practise is for ALL AGES. Connecting to the elements: Earth, Water, Fire, Air, Ether/Space through play and ceremony. A inclusive place for children and adult children alike to experience ceremony and honouring the elements in and out. children must be accompanied by their caregiver and are responsible for their children. Adults accompanying their children are encouraged to join in with ceremony and play, to co-create and co-regulate heart felt energy, fun and light together.

Super excited to have Rob offering Physiotherapy at Springtide on Monday evenings from next week!

Rob is a highly experienced Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist with a special interest in Knees and Ankles, he is also acupuncture trained and has found this really beneficial for Neck Pain

Rob lives in Saltburn with his wife and 3 children and has a passion for Surfing, Mountain Biking and Rugby which with his experience above, is a great fit for our team : )

We can not recommend Adam Dobson website and courses enough! Adam makes a significant difference to people with chronic lower back pain and has offered his researched backed experience with his clients, in conferences and podcasts with leading Physios in the UK. Now, of course we advocate for a healthy lifestyle, but you can't beat a bit of coffee and cake!

The Wren Cafe & Bakehouse is two doors down from us in the Earthbeat Centre and is now open, yay! Thought we would share the news for any of our clients who may fancy a cuppa and cake post therapy 😋

✨We’re working hard to get the doors open for you this Saturday from 9am - 3pm! ✨

We’ll be starting out with cakes, scones and drinks only while we find our rhythm. 🍰 Inc our gorgeous freshly ground Sanctuary Coffee (sit in or take-away). ☕️

We’re very excited to finally show you the results of all our hard work and to share the beautiful space we’ve created. 💚

Ellen Tipple and Kirsty Stephenson at Springtide Therapies are feeling blessed right now and have some exciting news!

It's time for ventures new and have a new clinic at the Earthbeat Centre starting in February! Which we are so excited for! - details coming soon on here and in our newsletter.

We've had such an amazing time at our clinic in Studio 21, Pilates, Yoga and Movement Studio in Saltburn for the past 3 years with the gorgeous Vicky Rees, her team and clients! We will miss the studio heaps!

HUSH Beauty & Wellbeing will be taking over the room at Studio21 and we wish them all the best with this!

P.S how lucky are we to live here! The moon has been booming over the sea recently!
