✨ The face behind Sparkle Well-being ✨

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Lauren 🤍

I’m 34 years young 😉 and I would do anything for anyone 🫶🏼 It’s kind of a weakness but it’s just who I am. Helping has always been my thing 💆🏽‍♀️🌿

I’ve always there for people, whether it’s been for a chat, advice, or just someone to listen 🤍 It’s important to me that everyone feels supported and heard ❣️ I love that others have been able to trust and open up to me over the years. Even before this incredible experience, I’d have bent over backwards to make sure I could help where I could 💫 I’m genuinely enthusiastic about wellness and helping people feel their best, and that energy drives everything I do 🌿✨

A few years back, in 2020, I knew I needed a change ✨ I worked alongside dementia patients in care homes for around 9 years. Of course it had its ups and downs but I knew I needed to move in a new direction ➡️
I still wanted to help & be there for people but in a way that didn’t burn me out 🌱

So I went all in. College 🎓 blood 🩸 sweat 😅 and yes a wee tantrum or two 😭 and honestly A LOT of learning 🧠 Every late night 🌙 every bit of stress 😮‍💨 every challenge 💪 every doubt was worth it ✨

And that is how Sparkle Well-being was born 🩷✨

Almost 5 years on and I still love what I do. Every client, every massage, every little moment makes my heart so full 🤍

Thank you so much to everyone who has trusted me along the way 🫶🏼 Here is to more healing 🌿 growth 🌸 and sparkle ahead ✨

Tonight I’m using Rituals Ayurveda oil to slow down ground myself and reset before starting back at work tomorrow 💫

A little ritual to calm the nervous system nourish the body and begin the week feeling centred 💆🏽‍♀️✨

To make sure each appointment can be fully prepared for and enjoyed, a small deposit is kindly requested at the time of booking. Deposit amounts vary depending on the treatment and your appointment is confirmed once the deposit is received 🔆

🌟 Deposits are non refundable 🌟

Appointments changed or cancelled within 24 HOURS will require the remaining balance to be paid ✨

Any outstanding balance will need to be settled before further appointments can be arranged 🌙

These little guidelines are simply in place to protect your time, your space, and the care that goes into every treatment, while also allowing me to continue offering a relaxed and supportive service to all clients ☀️
