Good evening all. Beside the visitors book you'll find the attached form,on the wall. We want to capture how your visit was that day. There's a section for your thoughts and on the back a section to complete if you want someone on the management team to contact you. Please use these, it lets us know what we're getting right for you or gives us guidance if we need to change something. Once completed please put them in the black post box on the wall.
