Important Update: Our bi-weekly sound bath will be cancelled until further notice due to personal circumstances. This will not be a permanent fixture. We look forward to restarting soon and will keep you informed on new dates. Sorry for any inconvenience caused.

House Of Wellnest is coming up for 1 year open and we have decided to celebrate this by raising money for the MS Society, a cause that is incredibly close to our hearts.
On 28th March, we're opening House of Wellnest to raise funds, with all money made on the day going directly to the MS Society.
From 10am-4pm, we'll be offering:
• Ice bath dips followed by 10 min sauna warm up
• 15 minute Pressotherapy sessions
• Mini facials by Morgan at
• 10 minutes Red Light Therapy Sessions All available in exchange for donations.

**No bookings, please just show up on the day**
We're also proud to have the team from

joining us on the day. They are professionals and world record breakers in ice exposure and will be there to coach and support anyone taking part in the ice baths, making the experience both safe and empowering.

MS is a condition that affects not just those diagnosed, but their families and loved ones too. Every donation, no matter how big or small, will help fund vital research, support services, and hope for a future without MS.

We will be accepting cash donations on the day however we have also made a Just giving page (link in our bio) so anyone that maybe cannot attend the event on the day or would like to Donate towards MS Society can.

What a lovely morning! Breakfast with the gang then over to Eglinton Park for a good little stroll with the kids and dogs.

Collecting acorns along the way, amd then throwing them in the stream to watch them flow away.

Finished off with a little picnic while the kids ran off some extra steam in the park.
